
Game World
Overall Look
I want the game to look like a still-wet watercolour painting, like a dream. I created a moodboard with images, drawings and other games that have a similar look to what I have in mind.

Environment
I want the environment to be mesmerising, to catch the player's breath through the various effects and animations it contains. To give a better understanding of how I want the environment to look like, I created a layout and a couple of moodboards - guidelines from various artists, museums, festivals and nature. To help with the look, all artworks in the game should have a paper texture underneath the layers.

Colour Palettes
The colour palettes have been designed to act according to a certain mood. When the player chooses a mood, the algorithm should choose a maximum of three colours and create star requirements that the player has to complete.

Characters
When the player finishes a star, they will get a reward. This consists in a illustration and text. I created here a moodboard/guideline for the characters. They should have a mystical look, but also resemble Ancient Greece art.

Orion Animation
I started here the animation for Orion. When the player finishes all 18 stars of the constellation, the lines between the stars will be connected and Orion will appear. He will then stand up and show how powerful he is. After that, he will sit back in its initial position in the sky. I used Photoshop and drew each frame. The animations however should have more details in the end. I believe 5 frames per second should be enough, but it needs to be tested first.
